La Mer
Situated atop the 23 storey building, La Mer offers panoramic views of the Gulf reflecting the bright lights of downtown Doha as diners celebrate the splendour that is La Mer, Doha’s signature French restaurant. Skilled chefs create dishes with a twist; a marriage of traditional Parisian recipes infused with Japanese and Cantonese flavours. There is also a private dining room Le Ciel and a Wine Bar in which to sample this excellent fare. Open from 6:30pm to 11:30pm, except on Friday when it’s open from 6:30pm to 11:00pm and it’s closed on Saturday.
