Star of India provides typical Indian cuisine ranging from the plain rice and lentils to spicy curries accompanied by freshly baked indian roti's and naan. Very popular for it's variety and reasonable rates. You should tell the waiter in advance the quantity if spice you would like in your dishes. The daily buffet (very reasonable at QR35) includes chicken and mutton biryani and a series of vegetable curries, butter chicken and other meats with rotis. For dessert you can pick ice cream or kulfi or the Indian sweetmeats. They are open from noon to 3:00pm and in the evening from 6:00pm to midnight.
Tajine

With a very vibrant atmosphere Tajine is a restaurant that dishes out the best in Morrocon food. With a hostess attired in traditional wear to guide you in your choices and the lively arabic music it's not hard to see why this newly opened restaurant has a good following. Open for lunch from noon to 2:30pm and for dinner at 6:00pm to 11:00pm.

Offering a wide range of Middle Eastern cuisine. While they mostly do take aways they do have dine in areas at all their outlets. They also large orders on a 24 hour notice. They are open from 6:00am till Midnight, though their shawarmas are only available in the evenings.
