The death of a loved one is always hard to deal with and procedures in a foreign country add to your pain and stress. The Mortuary (439 2594) will then issue you a notification of Death Certificate. You will have to collect a transfer of Dead Body certificate from the CID. The rest of the paperwork is done at the Preventive Health Department and on completion they will issue 6 sets of Death Certificates.

Each embassy has different procedures to follow after this. You will have to register the death at the embassy first so that the passport and visa can be cancelled. The Mortuary arranges to transport the body to the aircraft on intimation of the flight details, you will have to make arrangements for a coffin as well as preparing the body.
