Who Has brought his tuff n' funky house sound to the four corners of the world. Shane is originally from Dublin Ireland, but is now based in London. He started DJing in 1993 in Ireland and has played at an impressive line up of Irish clubs where he mastered his trade at a young age including; The Temple of Sound, The Kitchen, The Red Box, The Funnel, The Mean Fiddler, Columbia Mills, Acid Disco, GPO, 12ten and The POD. He has also hosted many radio stations during his time in Ireland, including the infamous POWER FM.
He has DJed at many nights around the city including JAM, Smartie Party, Gung Ho! and the world famous Ministry of Sound where he now hold a residency for HOUSEXY. Shane was a runner-up in Muzik magazines (RIP) industry renounced “BEDROOM BEDLAM” competition and won the Raw Talent/Top Tape award in IDJ magazine. Shane was behind the tune "Money for Nothing" bootleg of Dire Straights turning it into a total house stomper which found its way into all the big DJ’s records boxes. Shane also released So Shock’in! which was signed by Gung-Ho! Recordings. There has been a real buzz around this track being played by Radio One in the UK, 2FM in Ireland, Galaxy FM, and at Ministry of Sound, and even as far as Bora Bora Ibiza and Zouk in Singapore. The original mix has been selected for the Ministry of Sound Summer Clubbers Guide 2006 and also a new Paul Jackson mix CD entitled "it's only a mix tape"
Shane touring for the biggest dance music brand in the world – Ministry of Sound Tours have been legendary and 2008 looks to be an even bigger and better .

Born in Colombo – Sri Lanka and Being the official DJ for all MOS events in Sri Lanka and NOW! Qatar. Not to mention he was also the resident at ADMIRALS – Ritz Carlton. Van Luup has Played along side Richard Dinsdale ( Ministry Of Sound / ToolRoom),Dipesh Parmer (Ministry Of Sound/ Data Records), Nick Blare ( China White – UK ), DJ Snipz (UK) just to name a few and currently He is making a strong name for him self in dance Music and ready to change Doha nightlife!

Influenced by the likes of Roger Sanchez, Eric Morillo & Joey Negro, Mike has put all his time and effort into becoming the DJ that he is today. Since his start, Mike has played all the top venues in Doha & is a regular at some of the most exclusive VIP party’s. Some of these include the prestigious Moto GP, Battle of the DJs, Toyota Car Launches, Rain Dance, The Qatar Open & various fashion shows & events. Mike has also taken his sound abroad, the highlights being the US, Romania, France, Sri Lanka & Egypt.
