I listened that the rule now is changed and the individuals who maintains the ENGINEER visa can change their job any time...and the requirements for NOC is not valid for Engineers..
sill any body let me know the fact in this statement..
if it is not true then what are the ways to get a new job if your previous is not accepting your resignation..
