is it true that a person who leaves qatar and is not given a relese by his or her former employer can now go back to qatar without having to wait for 2 years?

You don't have to wait for 2 years u can go back any time unless u have still qatar visa in valid.

can you please give me any reference of this new rule. As the Qatri Labor Law does not include this new rule.
I am working in Qatar and my visa is "Engineer" visa..can i join some other company if my current employer does not give me the NOC..
Is NOC necessary to switch to any other company??
Is there any other way round???

Assalam O Alikum Sajud..
As you uttered that ppl can come back any time if they have the valid visa but can they come for any company other than the one for whcih they were working previousy and that company is the sponser for his/her visa??
