Traffic in Qatar is increasing tremendously. Sometimes you have to wait for an hour or so on one round about :s. But to live in Qatar, you DO Need a car :D

definetly without car you are as if you have no legs man!!!!
you can't go any where and and evry very hard to get a taxi and that too on time!!!! Man .. you wanna live in Qatar get a CAR first.. traffic is always there but you will feel the difference
