I want to apply for my family's residence permit. whats the procedure?

I have gone through the process for the family's residence permit. here is the procedure:
Take your family to the Medical commission.
For Adults and Children above 12 years: they will have to go through the medical examination,
for under 12, just get a form typed from the typists over there. Attach the photograph of the child with the form and get it stamped from the medical commission.
Once you are done with the medical exam, after a week, you can get the form printed from Ministry of interior's website www.moi.gov.qa [ ??????? ? ????? ??? ??????? ] from the arbic section. fill in the form with relevant details. you need to know the blood group and
go for the finger printing.
After finger printing is done take the form with the picture to the Immigration department.
For kids, you need to have the copy of the sponsor's ID card and kids passport with you.
Pay the fee and you'll get the RPs on the passport on the spot.
