One of my friend's not satisfied with her job here. She's well talented and with much exeriences and been working at many feilds. Even once she's been working in UK at a very good Organization. she's an Asian and Cause of some problems she had to move to qatar last month and working for a company doing an odd job. Still they have'nt taken her finger prints or stamped the PR on her passport. What if she get back to her country and find another company here? 'Will she have to wait another 2 years there? or Can she get back here again soon,for work in another company?

she has arrived last month, no problem, for some companies, it takes 2 - 3 months to get your RP stamped. if she has come on the work visa, and wants to change ... she'll have to resign, and may be the company cancels her Visa. for that, she'll have to wait for 2 years.

If the company cancel the visa... It's gonna be unfair for her..!! As most of the companies here will not give the No objection letter. Any other options????

well, there is NO other option here
it totally depends upon her company ... because to get another job ... you have to have the NOC ..

PLEASE NOTE : if she did not stamp the Res. Permit in her Passport ... she don't have cancel any thing .... only she need EXIT PERMIT ... then she can come back any time with any company to work .... GOOD LUCK
