Hai i m Working in Qatar fro past 8 months in Telecommunication company as Asst It Manager , i had bound sign for two year, with this company , i hold Engineering degree , i i had got job in another company Linux System Engineer , NOC Is needed are not , RP Exper on 08/01/2009, PL Help me on this issue

Hi jaffar2akj,

You need a noc when you transfer your visa from one sponsor to another... This is irrespective of your post or position. I think you may have a problem especially if the sponsor is different and mainly as you have signed up on a 2 year contract.
