hi!

My husband work in there as a SAFETY OFFICER in Daewoo E & C, Q. CHEM 11, P.O. BOX 50078, MESSAIEED, INDUSTRIAL CITY, DOHA QATAR, with a one year contract & will be finished on November 2009. And as a wife, i want to visit Doha for atleast 3 days only. My husband always asked me if i want too...ofcourse i really want. In fact, i can see what's DOHA QATAR'S beautiful places are, as well as I can also see and visit my husband too.The mere fact that I miss my husband so much.How and will they issue me a visit visa? I want to go there this comin May, maybe last week, before the opening of the class.My kids are going to school this June. That's why i'll take this time to travel and visit my husband for it's our kids summer vacation.. Would it be easy to apply for a visit visa? Do you think I can get a visa?

Most important question of all: which passport do you have?

Some nationalities don't need visa at all, others are very difficult. Your husband should immediately apply for your visit visa through HR department of his company.

When i went to visit my parents in Doha last time, i use to take the visit visa at the airport upon entry to Doha which cost me QR100 and the visa is for a month. At the counter they just ask me where im going to stay and also where my dad was working. I dont know if they have restriction for certain nationality. You can call up your embassy and find out.

as MAC said some nationalities get visa on arrival but some of them you have to get a visa b4 coming to qatar..

for those who can get visa on arrival should have a Credit card to pay ... as they dont accept cash at the counters... if you dont have CC, you can get an e-card from a nearby bank counter for the same amount to give at the immigration counters. it works as CC for you.

no prob regarding, using the credit card to pay....the bank at the airport allows you to get a debit card there itself.

for you ... you need to check with the Qatari embassy in Peru that ... either you need a visa before going to Qatar or you can get a VISA on arrival... if you can get the visa on arrival .. no need for you to apply for visa there in peru.

greetings, how can i secure a visa from Nigeria to Qatar and what is the cost and how do i go about the processing

if you don't have any relative in Qatar, you may need to go to Qatar embassy in Nigeria to apply for the visa. + you might need to show the following things:

• two-way ticket on the Qatari Airways
• either the presence of immediate relatives in Qatar or booking at a hotel
• an amount of 5000 riyals or its equivalent

Cost is.... I guess 50 Riyals for 2 weeks... and 20 riyals of each companion.
