If a person completes his medical test for work visa, how he will get the result of his medical test?

Your medical test results are automatically (electronically) sent to the next office. next you need to do is go for the finger printing after one week of the medical test.

you dont get your medical results in your hands... you have to go to www.moi.gov.qa or ask anyone who knows arabic to go to the Ministry of interior website and check from there if your medical result has been processed or not. If processed, you'll have to fill out a form there and take print of it .. and go for the next process finger printing.

"Karippalis" you medical check up at the medical commission is not shown to you.. But they are accessible at the Hamad Medical corporation(HMC) ..
2 weeks is a very long .. ! they test results are done the same day ! it take maximum 3 days to be accessible for the finger printing

T go to a finger printing your company agent is to take you there.. better ask your agent!! .. i feel it's the agent who is delaying your work..

Plus remember that if you have a medical problem you are straight away reffered to the HMC. this will stop your Residence permit process till you have completed your medical treatment!
