This Mother's Day Moevenpick Tower & Suites put together a truly special offer at Animato on Saturday 21 March from 12 noon to 4.00 pm. Mothers eat for free when you book their special buffet. A magnificent selection of lobster, freshly shucked oysters, mussels, king prawns, smoked salmon, calamari, sea bass and camel ouzi is the centrepiece of this great lunch. As part of its mission to reach out to the community in Qatar and disseminate knowledge, the Chemical Engineering Department at Texas A&M; University at Qatar has initiated the Doha Engineering & Technology Forum as a symposium series. The first symposium was held in May 2008 on Advanced Process Modeling. From 2009, two one-day symposia are held at TAMUQ per year with each symposium addressing a specific topic of interest to industry and/or regulators in Qatar. This symposium addresses Industrial Energy Efficiency and Greenhouse Gas Emissions. The event is scheduled to take place 15 March, 2009, in lecture hall 238 of the Texas A&M; at Qatar Engineering Building.
