| Experience the flavours of authentic Middle Eastern cuisine at Sharq Village and Spa with Al Khaleeji delights inspired by the traditional regional dishes from the Arabian Gulf. Led by Executive Sous Chef Hassan Abdallah, the extensive menu will include specialties from Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates as well as Oman and Kuwait, featuring perennial favourite main courses of Al Khaleeji cuisine such as roasted lamb ouzzi, shrimps mashkoul, madrouba, and chicken majbous. For a delightful ending, a large selection of sweets such as loqaymate, khanfarouss, and sago will be made in the traditional way by Qatari female chef.
