Kevin (Jilon Ghai) and Jacob (M. Steven Felty) decide to scare their girlfriends, Jessie (Trish Coren) and Cindy (Rachel Harland), on Halloween night by taking them to the an abandoned hospital, whose third floor is supposedly haunted. At first reluctant, the girls eventually agree to go and discover that their first creepy encounters are just the work of their friend Freddy (Josh Holt). But things start going wrong when they meet other people trapped in the hospital and realize that a vengeful spirit doesn't want them to get out alive.
